Dr. Ryger earned her Master of Science, Master of Philosophy, and Ph.D. from Columbia University with academic appointments at New-York Presbyterian Hospital and Cornell University Medical School. She has been a guest on Sirius Radio’s The Heart Beat as a stress management expert and is on the Advisory Council of Mindfulness without Borders. Dr. Ryger is the proud mother of two amazing daughters and lives in New York with her husband and Sammy - the dog who smiles.
